60 DAYS TO RETURN FROM DAY OF RECEVIAL
We have a 60-day return policy, which allows all our clients 60 days from day of receival to request a return. If 60 days have past since the items have been received by the client, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or replace the items.
To be eligible for a return on your purchased items, your items must be in the same condition as they were received: unworn or unused, with tags & within original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at info@wholedent.com, state your specific issue in the title add photos of the purchased items, and describe when you received them along with what you believe is the issue with them.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package with the purchased items you wish to return. Items sent back to us without requesting a return beforehand will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned items and inspected them. Once the inspection is completed, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the amount paid to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and update the refund has been processed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange items for the exact same items, send us an email at info@wholedent.com in accordance with the instructions above and send your item to the following address:

Gifts
If the purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return after the return has been processed. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, once the return is processed
we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
